It's easy enought o use but I wish it would have an easier interface when adding new users or guests into your system which can be time consuming at first if you don't know how they are set up already! If there were more features available (such as allowing multiple people from different departments access) then this could help solve problems of having too many keys around without being able to give them all unique passwords etc., As well we do want our clients security so any software should meet those needs also!! This helps us keep track of everyones badge swipes by employees within my department very efficiently because before using que everyone had their own keypad where sometimes things got lost especially during busy hours like lunch break.
