GREAT piece for the summer heat. I wear white, red or black and they are all really cooler than cotton. I am an active former collegiate linebacker at 6ft 1in and weighing 330 pounds. I wear 44" pants and 3 or 4 XL (tall) shirts. I bought this as a 4x and was afraid it would be too short. It's not like this. By wearing a compression t-shirt underneath, I can go into 100 degree weather and be cooler than in a trainer t-shirt. I'm in Sacramento, California, where summer temperatures regularly exceed this level. I play pickleball and other outdoor activities with them in the sun and I'm as cool as the other side of the pillow. If you are tall and have trouble with your tummy getting in and discoloring, DO NOT order white. Unless you plan on repainting!
