I have ordered cheap hair products and expensive hair products. Everyone seems to have one thing in common. The smell of cheap cedar wood. I have no idea why this scent has been in the air for so many years. Redken products used to smell good. The product makes hair shiny and soft without tangling. This is the best frizz remover I have ever used. I just can't get past his smell. It smells cheap and burns my nose. I have long hair below my waist so it takes me long to do my hair. I will keep looking for something different based on the SOLEY fragrance. Too bad because now I'm afraid to try other Redken products. I make my own soaps and sprays. I've been doing this for 30 years, so I know quality fragrances and essential oils. This is not a quality fragrance. Actually, it's a bit disgusting. If you can handle the smell, do it.
