Review on Surge Recruiting by Jessie Zdunich

The platform has an easy to use interface that allows us as recruiters/managers very quick access into our clients' applicant data without having them log in themselves via their own computers, which sometimes they forget or are not always readily available when we need it! I wish there was more customization for some of my client's specific needs (i.e., ability for applicants outside UTAH area), but this may be something new employees can help fix at next release? Overall great product with lots room for growth and potential partnership opportunities between surge vs other systems like TalentWorks etc..

It helps keep track all open positions internally so no one ever forgets what job openings exist within your organization.
