WatchHolds load well and are very accurate.
The watch has ECG and SPO2 monitoring. At this price, they're hard to beat. It is obvious where the price has been reduced compared to other watches. It's less of a smartwatch (faces, apps, etc.) and more of a higher-bandwidth tracker. I couldn't get the EKG to work, but the heart rate and SPO2 trackers show results. The mobile application is good and monitoring can be started from there. Very accurate and well lit. The app works great and doesn't drain the battery. Very fast charging and long battery life.
