There is a deviation in the color of country blue. I wanted dark blue as shown in the color picker for the listing and in the first, second and fourth pictures. I got the turquoise color shown in picture 3 (with bird's nest) and 5 to 7. I think there's a 50/50 chance what color you get. These are small trays that have a bit of personality. I put bowls of cat food on it. This will help limit crumbs all over the floor. It looks good. UPDATE I've been using them for about a week now. As before, I provide harnesses for the cats. They are untreated to protect the surface and stains from moisture. I dropped a spoonful of wet cat food on the tray and immediately wiped it off and washed it off with clean water. After a few days, a huge stain remains on the tray. It looks like an oil stain and doesn't harmonize with the rustic surface of the tray. Other trays have similar markings but I don't know why. This isn't the best buy if you want them to act as a serving tray. If you want them to be decorative, say they lean against a wall. I think they are ok. Remember they are small
