Review on CoolBELL Convertible Messenger Briefcase: The Ultimate Multi-Functional Backpacks for Every Occasion by Julie Braaten

Comfortable and slim

I'm a small woman, about 1.6m tall with a fairly normal build; I needed a backpack style bag to carry my 17.3" Dell laptop instead of a side fit cross body bag as I was recently ill and my family/friends advised that this would be best for me. I didn't want a big backpack either as I've seen several of my colleagues carrying backpacks that look like they're going to be hiking for a month. I like this backpack because it is very thin compared to hers but it has so many pockets and interiors. It has pockets to hide short handles and a long strap if you need to carry it as a messenger bag. I didn't use the long strap at all because using it as a backpack is very comfortable for me once I adjust these straps to my liking. I only use short handles to carry it for very short distances. I like it a lot because it can be easily stowed in the top compartments on buses/airplanes because it's relatively thin. I like the canvas-like material; It seems durable and hides dust/dirt although I plan to wash it every now and then. My laptop fits in perfectly. Anything larger than a 17.3-inch Dell Inspiron becomes problematic. I have a wireless mouse and a small USB stick that communicates with the mouse. It still fits in as I use the laptop very carefully. When my co-workers see it, they'll love it, but they carry almost everything in their laptop bags and I leave mine for the laptop and its accessories, a few books, and other small items.

Pros
  • Great fit for me
