Review on 🍽️ Sweese 154 001 Porcelain Dinner Plates: Elegant and Durable Tableware for Every Occasion by David Burns

I've bought 10" plates, 7.4" plates, salad bowls and regular bowls. (I really like plain bowls.) This is a nice, solid dinnerware set. I love the color and I love that they are oven safe. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the 7.4 inch cymbals didn't match. (See attached image. The top two panels did not match the advertised design and did not match my order.) I contacted Sweese customer service and they would not replace the two panels and instead offered me a 30% refund. Unfortunately I did not request a refund. I wanted a matching crockery set. I contacted Revain with a request to send the kit back and they offered to send a new kit for free (I will be sending the old kit back). When I received the second set of 7.4 inch cymbals, one cymbal again did not match the advertised design and one cymbal was cracked. Also, the packaging they came in was pretty rough. Can't say for sure, but judging by the amount of tape on the box it looks like it's already been sent back. However, don't let that put you off buying these dishes. They are really nice and their customer service was quick and friendly. They just couldn't fix the problem.
