update **** This is the second review since my first one was 3 stars. I had a shoe where the back zipper got caught and my daughter had to put her foot in it. BUT. The seller contacted me about my review and kindly offered either a refund or an exchange. I found this amazing as I hadn't even asked for anything and they really care about their reputation. It was really nice that they offered an alternative to damaged shoes. She asked me to keep the old pair so I didn't have to worry about sending them back, it was as easy as sending a new pair, I refused the other pair as it's almost impossible to put a foot in. And my daughter is a new working couple. She didn't use them because they were bought for the quinceñera. It's actually a pair of shoes for a special occasion. Who knows, maybe something will turn up and she'll have a nice working pair of shoes. 😊 Overall I am satisfied with the communication, friendliness and professionalism of this seller.
