Too wide to fit between posts. Poor packaging design
It may sound great, but it's stupid. Every house in America has 16 inch wooden studs in the middle and they form a 16 1/2 inch long center channel. There was enough room in the speaker to shrink it down to 15-1/2" without sacrificing quality. The cleats I would have to cut will hold the huge TV. I'll use a regular Elac driver in the center and see how are working correctly.
