Fantastic speakers! I use three of them as LCR for my 5.1 system. The sound and processing quality are first class thanks to Elac.

Sounds great but stupid. Every house in America has 16 inch wooden studs in the middle and they form a 16 1/2 inch long center channel. There was enough room in the speaker to shrink it down to 15-1/2" without sacrificing performance. The cleats I would have to cut hold the huge TV in place. I'll be using a regular Elac driver in the center and let's see how it goes.

Great sound, clear highs and mids! High-quality drivers and well thought-out housing/mounting system. Remember that with the required mounting width (16.4") and 16" center studs, you will need to cut a stud to install! Wooden posts are no problem, we have steel posts but they are pretty easy to cut with metal shears.
