Excellent FREE Tool For Managers: ADP Vantage HCM
It is very easy to navigate, it can be used like any other HR tool for hiring or tracking employees performance etc but i do enjoy using this one more since its free compared with others out there that require monthly fees! I wish they would provide employee onboarding training as well so you don't have to take classes elsewhere at your own expense just because of how complicated some functions are within adp vantige hcm! Try it if u haven;t already!! You will get good idea about what you need in an Employee management system before going ahead with buying anything else.
Managing Employees information & data efficiently through time sheets/invoices scheduling task reminders notifications from managers all while keeping track of staff productivity goals, benefits eligibility verification and salary calculation process.
- The ease use interface makes everything seem simple especially when handling lots of different tasks across multiple departments which we deal with daily.it helps me keep organized easily.The support team always responds promptly too :)
