Cute but poor packaging led to stiff parts

Got this for my 17mo old. She loves watching Princess and the Frog. Only movie she'll watch. She loves TT (Tiana) so thought this would be perfect. Ordered it and it came on time. But when I pulled it out of the packaging, it was packed in so her tendrils and crown were bent. I tried taping and pressing them down. Left it pressed down into correct position for 4 days until Christmas. But they won't stay in place.

I purchased this as a gift for a giving tree. The little girl was 2 and asking for a Disney doll. I came across this and was instantly sold. It arrived quickly,packaged well and was every bit the quality I had hoped for. A beautifully detailed fully cloth version of Ariel. Perfectly sized for a child to take along or sleep with easily. Super cute!Excellent gift!
