Works great for surfing the web, playing videos, checking email, etc. I bought this mainly as a spare computer in the garage when I'm working on projects work so I have him to use my main computer around the house to look for supplies and parts. I love that it comes with Windows 10 Pro so I can access it remote desktop. I added another M.2_NVMe disk so I can download large files without slowing down my main PC and then download them from LAN at will. I am using 2 1080p monitors connected to it via HDMI ports with no problem. I can't comment on technical support as I don't need it. Make no mistake, this is NOT a gaming rig. But that's not why I bought it.
