First I had a problem with the microphone not working. The problem wasn't with the headphones, it was because I plugged them in after starting the game I was playing. (Fortnite) My Xbox One S didn't recognize it as a headset with a mic, just headphones. I finally figured it out by pressing the Xbox button and getting the wrong icon on the home screen in the top right corner. I disconnected and reconnected them while still on the home screen and headset with the chat mic icon on. Back in business. The sound is amazing and the mic was able to pick up my purring cat next to me on the couch (there was no other noise in the room) while I was playing. The audio is full and if you find it quiet, remember that you can turn up the volume in your console settings (PS4 or Xbox), which in turn will make the headphone volume control more responsive. about these headphones and I think the only thing that comes to mind is that they have a vinyl head pad that cracks over time and they are a bit heavy but not uncomfortable. In fact, the ear pads are really good and don't squeeze my glasses too much. If they break, I'll buy a few more without hesitation.
