First off I have back pain and sciatic nerve pain and I've looked at a lot of chairs online and on Revain. This one caught my attention after reading the 5 star reviews with all the positive comments. The box arrived slightly damaged but the materials were not. The instructions were easy and a set of white gloves were included. The only recommendation I would give is the instructions on how to place the seat to correct the number as indicated. After sitting in this chair for about 8-12 hours a day for a month, I am happy to report that this is by far the best chair I have ever had. It's comfortable, the armrests are fully adjustable, the lumbar support works great and the headset is a godsend. The wheels are a big plus and run smoothly. I don't understand the negative comments as they seem very small and uncomprehending to be able to read and follow the instructions.
