Review on ECOSUSI Briefcase Backpack Shoulder Detachable by Jennifer Holt

I want to start by saying that I really like this bag. One strap was missing and the inside isn't as much as I thought it would be, but it's really cute and I've gotten a lot of compliments. I only give 3 stars because 1. the loop is very flat and doesn't look like it does in the picture. 2. The color and material are not the same as the picture. It's not that wide, but it looks more like plastic.3. Although the measurements are pretty accurate, it surprisingly doesn't fit in a pocket and 4. the straps are really, really long. I mean the HULK can use it. Hehe, but seriously, I was able to adjust them, but the extra strap keeps hanging around because the little slider that's supposed to hold the straps slides down. I hope this helps the seller and then the next consumer. Updated: 1/1/18. I received the promised belts. This seller saw my post and prepared food along with a small inconvenience fee. Guess they got it right without me having to fight for it. This is very important to me. I will continue to use my bag. really enjoy it
