I got so sick of peeling eggs off pans that were supposed to be "non-stick" that I decided to order this and I'm so glad I did. It's now one of my favorite pieces in the kitchen. You install it, walk away, it turns off and you walk up to it and it's like magic. It makes the best eggs.
