I would like to commend the excellent customer service we received from the seller's staff during the initial communication setup between the monitor and the two different laptops we have. The support staff was extremely patient, responsive and professional in resolving a touchscreen issue with one of our laptops. They offered several ways to connect and test in detail and in a timely manner. The type of service provided definitely exceeded our expectations. A monitor is also good to have. It has the ability to rotate, so I can view the content not only vertically but also horizontally. It's very easy to connect to my laptop and navigate and magnify objects using the touchscreen or mouse.
