Product Description says Backlit Keyboard; it is not. The inscriptions are difficult to read in any light. Looking at the keyboard, it's easy to think that the original design intended a backlight, but someone forgot to include it in the design. In order to "see" the letters, I had to shine a flashlight at an angle to the keyboard. In technical support they replied that this is not an error, it is not in the computer. Can't say much about other features as it was a deal breaker and I repackaged it shortly after launch.
