Cool little bag best in my review
I use this on trips to carry my insulin. You can put a plastic bag with ice in it then add the insulin. Zipped up it has kept the insulin chilled for 24 hours. The time of chilling will vary based on the amount of ice and type of item chilling. Note: I say chilled because this is not an insulated ice chest that can make drinks cold. It would be a great lunch bag. It is not large. But just right for lunch with a drink or medicines. Besides, who doesn't like a cowboy pug?

- The bag may not hold enough food for larger appetites, making it unsuitable for lengthy school or work days
