I bought this chair for my daughter's office a few weeks ago and I really regret it. I'm quite adept at assembling pre-made furniture pieces, but this assembly took over 2 hours - which in itself is ridiculous. The instructions are not clear. The screw holes are chipped, off-center, and don't go in easily or properly. I ended up having to remove the armrests from the chair because they kept loosening and falling off. Additionally, the chair is uncomfortable without lumbar support, and the chair's hydraulic lift mechanism is ridiculous. My daughter and I spend more time fixing the chair than sitting in it! Talk about disappointment. As tempting as it is to buy this chair at this price point, I recommend spending the money on a higher quality chair and saving yourself the hassle.
