The part design needs improvement to make assembly easier. In particular there are 3 types of bolts, very similar but with slight differences in length: it's difficult to tell apart and also looks useless, bolts of the same length fit perfectly - the bolts that attach the lift arm plate are short and require loss of connection to the rear seat in order to do so everything fits together - the base to seat cross member needs more stretch. Comfort looks ok but my estimate is based on a few hours.

I didn't realize from the photo that the armrests will be so low that I can't even put my elbows on them when sitting in a chair. The assembly instructions were a bit complicated, but assembly only took about 30 minutes. I would say this would be a good chair for kids. I'm 5'2 and feel like it's too small for me. This has to be the worst chair ever save your money and just look at the photo because it looks beautiful in the photo but in real life it is a complete one Mixed up. Assembly took over two hours. Why? The holes don't line up and once installed it's not strong at all! This is a real mess. Do not collect this unless you are 100% sure you like it. Mine came with a broken piece on the back that would have been easy to replace. I bought this chair for my daughter's office a few weeks ago and I really regret it. Not the worst chair I have ever sat in, but the construction is very bad. Used daily for my home office and it was adequate but not great. The problem arose when the arm broke.
