Comfy, but cold good for me
I used this at a Boy Scout camp out this weekend. Temps dropped to 35-37 degrees Fahrenheit and I was freezing. I am debating on whether it makes more sense to buy a thermal liner or just send this back for a better bag. This will be awesome for summer trips. Just find an alternative for winter/spring backpacking.
- Took this bag to the San Juan’s in August when the nights were cooler. Perfect for zipping together!
- The Kelty Galactic Down 30 Degree Sleeping Bag may be too warm for use in milder climates, making it less versatile than other sleeping bags on the market
