Overall not bad for what you will be doing. THIS IS NOT AN EASY SOLUTION! I'm pretty sure Apple didn't design this phone as a back replacement, so be prepared that this solution won't be 100% perfect. But it does 90% IMO. I didn't really use a lot of tools, I just used a razor blade and a heat gun which worked best for me. I ended up removing the camera lens to remove the glass between it and the edge of the case. If I were to do it again I probably wouldn't, but I was afraid the heat would lift it. I used a precision knife a little to remove some of the glass. Then I glued it very carefully with superglue and clamped it in place, it seems to be holding up well. Now this glass is designed to fit around an existing camera so you will have a gap of about 0.5mm between it and the glass making it NOT waterproof now but I have a toothpick and some black RTV- Used sealant to seal this which I think will help. Will not be waterproof but can be waterproof now. Pretty sure the edges will be the weak point when it comes to water. Try it!
