The anklet twists and turns a lot. If you forget to take it off before bed, it will rub and hurt your ankles. I don't want to shoot every night so I only wear them occasionally now. This should not be left or worn with socks and sneakers. I only wear it occasionally. Glad it wasn't expensive. Now I will look for a smooth one.
