There are several reasons I was disappointed with this watch: 1) The ECG feature says it works for Android, but it doesn't tell you it's ONLY available for Galaxy phones is. Not to mention regional restrictions. 2) Blood pressure function is limited by regional restrictions. 3) Updates for this watch were rubbish. They never fix the problems that users complain about. Strava is a great example. This watch (which I bought primarily as a running and bike watch) did NOT work very well with Strava and took over 6 months on the dev side and the best that could be done was extra steps with a workaround. Very sad to see. Older Samsung watches received better updates. 4) You pay more for this titanium watch and the plating peels off fairly easily with wear. Not to mention that the bezel can be scratched fairly easily. VERY bad features in this regard for the price. 5) The mobile app for this watch could be optimized a lot better. Garmin is where it is. I upgraded to a Garmin Fenix 6X Pro and got everything I needed. 6) He is heavy. From all titanium, I expected strength, but not weight. What the hell did they put in that thing? 7) The rotating bezel on top is useless at best and dings slightly. 8) The charging cable is a magnetic floating back. Easy to detach and requires the watch to be placed loosely on the face with the cable in a very precise position. Really stupid engineering design. 9) Probably the most important is this thing's terrible battery life. At best, I could get by for 2 days without much exercise. It took a lot of planning to use this thing as the battery life needed topping up. If you need to charge them while you sleep, sleep tracking is useless, right? So if you want a watch that looks fast (as long as it doesn't scratch/scratch easily) and has a ton of flaws that frankly require immediate attention on the models below, then this is the watch for you. I was so disappointed in the lack of attention given to this watch and/or its updates that I will probably never buy a Samsung watch again. My Garmin watch has none of these flaws.
