They are very friendly to work wiht when you first get started they give great information that helps understand your business process flow so it's easy for them as well! I haven't had any issues working there but if i were looking at different companies then this one would be my next choice because their customer service is excellent!! The support from other staff members can sometimes seem slow or hard ti find answers in certain areas though some times we may just need more time than expected which makes sense considering how many employees/customers these guys have supporting us everyday.
We currently use our system mainly online through an app (on mobile) however most people do not know about using those options like scheduling etc.. It has made things easier now since everyone knows what schedule looks like via emailing customers who want something set up before going into production instead having someone go by each machine manually checking off items needed done during shift changes ect... This also saves me money too cause its much quicker &.
