Ease of use for candidates to apply online as well as employers/recruiters to view applications. I do like how there are multiple ways to search in order to find your specific job posting or candidate profile (like searching by salary range). There may be some better features out there but it has been enough so far since we're small with no need for many people at this time. The ability for applicants can fill out an application quickly without having to print documents which saves them time. I like how easy it was to use for my job search! My recruiter really helped me get hired with their assistance from this website as well so good overall experience when using them in general!! Nothing specific at all. They are great if you want help finding work or need an employer's reference they can be very helpful especially since its free of charge too which makes up half your billable hours haha anyways hope i answered what u were looking 4 thanks again.
