I like everything about this website! The ease of use with job searching/applying made it so easy for me to find jobs right away without having to wait or fill out tons of paperwork at my local office. There are some features though they should improve upon. You can't search by salary range but you must click "open" in order to choose one from their drop down menu. I love how easy it was to use for both employers as well applicants! The customer service has been great but sometimes i wish there were more options when choosing your insurance carrier or provider of records like they used too many different ones in my state (FL). This made finding one very difficult at times. There are also some features which seem outdated such as an online application form instead of paper forms being sent out via snail mail etc.. Ease of use for candidates to apply online as well as employers/recruiters to view applications. I do like how there are multiple ways to search in order to find your specific job posting or candidate profile (like searching by salary range). I use this for many years with the companies my husband works at! This is the place to look if you want job fairs or other benefits as well! There are so many ways it can be helpful. Sometimes they have very slow response times but overall we get what we need from them. Very easy, efficient service.
