The user interface of this tool makes it very easy to use for any level users in my organization, even those who are not technical savvy at all! I like that you can easily track your budget allocation across multiple applications or platforms such as Sharepoint Online/OneDrive etc., You also have control over how much money each department spends (or saves) by using filters which helps us keep our budgets under check while still allowing departments autonomy when needed without having too many restrictions placed upon them.
We do find ourselves sometimes needing more detailed reporting but we're able to get what's required from just one report view. It has helped me streamline processes within HR so there aren't duplicate efforts anymore - everything gets tracked through 1 place now instead of spread out between various tools & inboxes where people would otherwise be doing work twice if they were duplicating tasks because no single source was tracking things properly before.
