Works well if you don't mind being tied to the wall

I was so excited when it arrived. I immediately plugged it in to charge and couldn't wait for it to finish so I could get a nice massage while I did my homework. After a few hours I turned it off and slung it over my shoulder, assuming it should be done by then, but it wouldn't turn on. I checked the instructions and they said the red light would go out once fully charged. Well, ten hours later, in addition to the initial 3-4 hours, that light was still on. Why was it still on? Because it doesn't work when it's not connected to the network, which is a big bummer and makes it pretty much useless to me. I have a small child, so being tied to the wall is not an option for me. When he's asleep, I catch up on everything I can't do, and then I would use this device. Although I've tried it a bit and it's ok. It helps relieve tension and tension in the neck and shoulders. It rotates in one direction and then changes direction every few minutes. The heating function is useless. All it really does is make it glow. If you don't mind being tied down with three foot string, that's fine, but I have a feeling there are better options.
