I bought this for my 29 gallon tank. I also bought some extra plants in case it wasn't enough or too little. Needless to say, that was more than enough. It was the finishing touch my tank needed. I saw reviews and photos and the size seemed right, but I still bought extra ones that I didn't need. However, these are wonderful. My fish actually come out even though the lights are on now because they have new hiding spots.
