I really like that they have multiple pools with different algorithms so you can choose what pool will fit your needs best. They also give out free hash power when it isn't needed (when there aren't too many people using their service). The only downside we found was that sometimes one of the pools would go down or be slow at times causing us some downtime during peak hours. Try them! There were no downsides in my experience but if they do something wrong then let me know because I'm sure someone else has had this problem before and might help solve yours as well. It allowed me to mine without having to worry about hardware maintenance since all I need to focus on is finding profitable coins/algorithms and just sit back while everything happens behind the scenes.
