The suction cups are terrible, the plug doesn't stick like a scratch

The suction cups don't stick! My cats LOVE it but I had to take it off because it keeps falling out the window. In addition, the socket for the scratching post is not fixed very firmly, so it kept slipping out. Great idea but bad execution, I will buy another brand.
