It only took 3 days to arrive. The seller had good communication and answered any questions I had. The wig came in a cute pink packaging with a wig cap and lashes. This wig had MINIMAL shedding while I was washing it (straight out of the packaging). The curls are POPPING on this wig, especially with conditioner or moose. This the best 13x4 frontal wig I've seen on amazon. Other wig companies can't do a deep middle AND side part on a 13x4 frontal wig, but this wig can because it has A LOT of parting space! The cap of the wig was well constructed. This wig is perfect for everyday wear since it's easy to manage. The density is good, not too bulky or too thin. You can get away with not plucking the frontal because it already comes with baby hair and looks natural. I didn't bleach the knots but I did put makeup and it still looked GOOD ! The lace isn't hard or itchy and it was easy to lay down for glueless install. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this wig and seller.
