After using one of these in a formal college yoga class years ago, I decided I needed to outfit myself with what I used while I was in the studio. I got the blocks, my mat, a meditation cushion and a Tumaz Yoga Strap/Stretch Band in Beige at 10 ft. I'm 5'11 at 115 lbs for reference. I like having some extra to do some very complex stretches while also having some extra to grip for support at various times. The sturdy fabric is highly durable and reliable in my practice. It is very easy to use. I have no complaints. There are a wide variety of colors to choose from. I highly suggest looking at the ebay Marketplace to see if there might be a better deal on the strap you might like to buy. I consider this product to be an essential element to my yoga practice.
