The measurements in the product description are correct but I didn't look closely and didn't compare, measured that 7 inches actually covers my face. I am a petite woman with a normal head and face size. The cold clay part of the mask does not cover the cheeks and ears. I'm doing a skin roll on my face and I need my cheeks and ears to cool down to ease the pain. It's definitely not XL far from the imagination. I'm not sure I'll be back. If I had paid attention to the sizes I would not have bought. This is a premium, soft and luxurious liner for those who do not require full face coverage.
