but this size is comfortable not too big

I will wear this when I travel to Hawaii in October. I'm 5ft 7in, 220lbs and sizes range from 16 to 20 depending on the manufacturer so wasn't sure if the XXL would fit me but there was free return shipping so I decided to to buy them. I might go with the XL size if I had to compare but this size is comfortable, not too big and easy to move around so I'm sticking with this size. and a smaller butt would probably show more cheeks than I'm comfortable with. I think the hem really ties. The only complaint I have is that the sleeves are so long that they extend past my fingertips by a half inch or an inch. If I pull the pile far enough to fit my thumb through the thumb hole, the sleeve shrinks on my hands. I don't know if the folded sleeve would be comfortable in the water. I also didn't know that the top has built in pads so you can wear it without a swim top underneath (which makes sense since it's a bathing suit). The XXL I have has ruffles on the sides for the front of the swimsuit. I do not mind. I have to say that the color is a slightly cooler shade of purple. The image in the store listing makes it closer in color to the pink variant. I LOVE THE COLOR OF WHAT I HAVE. I love royal purple so I was really excited that purple wasn't so rose pink. Haven't swum in it yet so will update if anything changes after that.
