Review on 💻 VisionTek 1TB Thunderbolt 3 Portable External SSD - Intel Certified, Bus Powered, MacOS & Windows Compatible by Alex Winnick

I bought the 1TB version of this NVMe SSD to backup my late 2018 MacBook Pro's 1TB internal SSD, which cost around $80 % is full. From scratch, after formatting to APFS (which is done very quickly), this drive completed a full backup in about 20 minutes! It showed no signs of thermal throttling. If you have a computer with Thunderbolt 3, this is a fantastic drive and amazing value based on my early experience. I'll update this review if anything changes, but for now I'm thrilled. It's a worthy companion for my monstrous 6-core Mac, and that's the highest praise possible.
