Difficult? Kinda - Hanging Baskets
It looks better with 2 baskets. It wasn't easy to put together as one of the trays was off center and I couldn't figure out if that was intentional so I took it apart a few times to see how it looked best. It's not easy to hold those little screws! After putting it back together my wife didn't like 3 baskets so I took it all apart again. then once everything was assembled it all rocked back and forth so took it off again and added oversized washers to the two bolts holding the legs to the base. So I don't know where the term "hard" came from, but it seems to benefit from extra pucks.
