I had a problem. Call support. They dropped the ball.
Mixed rating. I like the drive. The support completely let me down. I emailed customer support because when I moved the image file from my iPhone to IXpand and then plugged it into my PC's USB port, I couldn't read the file. HEIF (.HEIC extension). Technical support informed me that the file format is not supported. The real answer was that I have to change the settings on the iPhone to save as jpg or get a program to convert the file formats. iPhone new image format cannot be viewed in Win 10 without conversion. Support didn't respond at all. They said I would get a message that the file format is not supported. You were wrong. No help.
