High resolution, bad contrast, worst customer service.
The Index has excellent resolution and maintains a high frame rate, but contrast is not very good. The real reason for the 3 stars is the total lack of customer support from Valve. I want to use a different headset just because of the lack of support. Valve does not have live chat or phone support. Only the queue of applications, it takes several days for the first reply.
