I took the risk of buying this chair to replace an old one in my office. I purchased upgraded roller skate style casters to ensure this chair adjusts. Assembly was very easy and everything fit together with no problems. With this blunt set screw, the footpeg bracket will not stay in place. Luckily I'm tall and it's fully lowered so I don't have to lift it at all or I never would have gotten a chair like this. I like the back of the chair. It offers excellent lower back support and is very comfortable. My biggest complaint is with the seat cushion foam. I weigh 200 pounds and there is almost no foam. My ass compresses the foam into a hard plastic pad as soon as I sit on it. I can only sit on it for 20 minutes before my ass goes numb. It's like sitting on plywood. It will be very difficult to disassemble, pack and return for a refund. I'm buying a seat cushion and I hope this will help solve the problem. If you weigh over 150 pounds, stay away. If only they used a higher quality, denser foam, this would be a winner. boo.
