Perfect Price

I'm postponing reviewing these poles until I've used them for a while. I've had them for over a year and they are perfect. Quite often I get something wrong with devices and immediately think about upgrading (even if I convince myself not to), but I just don't see the need to upgrade from these until one day they break ( which I doubt will be any time soon - they seem really robust). I switched from some old REI sticks that cost over $100 back then (I probably bought them 15 years ago) and it was a real upgrade - they're lighter, more compact when folded, and more convenient (my old one). were not cork). They are light (not as light as carbon fiber but I can't tell the difference when hiking). They are compact enough to easily fit in my everyday backpack when I don't want to use them or for transport. If the screw tension is set correctly before the quick release snaps into place, they hold their height very well. I've used them to put a tarp into porch mode overnight while camping in a hammock and had no issues with it shifting. Also, while hiking I was putting all my weight on a bar when I almost fell or had to hold on, and I'm a plus size girl so that's a decent amount of weight and they held all my weight with no flex. The cork handle is also very comfortable. These are basically surprisingly good sticks for the price.
