I don't usually write "bad" reviews but I'm disappointed enough in them to at least share my experience with others considering these sticks. I use these poles for Nordic walking and have only used them twice since they arrived (a week late despite Prime): The poles themselves are well constructed, easy to adjust and non-slip, which is amazing. I'm postponing reviewing these poles until I've used them for a while. I've had them for over a year and they are perfect.
