Excellent products, last seven years.

I bought a Plantronics phone in 2011 and have been using it for years with no problems when the headset and mouthpiece came off the headband. Was glad to see they sold a replacement for this one and didn't have to buy a new phone which would have cost a lot more seven years ago.
