Well it's a lightning cable and it works. Phone charging, no error messages for cable/accessory type and playing music through Apple Car Play in Avis Rental Mitsubishi, I'm driving, so overall a great alternative to more expensive OEM cables at half the price of cables 3 times the price. . I've met my hotel charging needs without running the same cord between my bag, car, and bedside table, so I'm happy. You can modify them a bit to have a little more room They seem to be at least, if not, more durable than OEM cables and a lot cheaper, making them less of a pain if you slam your car door and break in.
