I ordered 3 very similar rain jackets in a navy color from different brands on ebay and this is the one I'm keeping. This one is different than the other two jackets I tried in these ways: the hood detaches and also covers your whole head, even when you move around a lot; the sleeves are not elasticized; the material is nice, not too stiff or tacky; the fit is very flattering; the draw string is a bungy cord material with a button to keep the sides in place; and the pockets open easily. I'm 5'4" and 135 lbs and got a size small, which fits perfectly.
