Review on TargetRecruit Applicant Tracking System by Edgardo Ennis

The best part about this system is that it has every job you can think of at your disposal, including those positions not even advertised yet! It also allows me to create my own custom search filters which makes finding specific candidates easier than ever before (and I have an entire team dedicated only specifically looking through resumes). As far as what we dislike most with targetrecruiter; however there isn't much really - maybe if they had more templates or customization options other then just being able drag-drop different fields into their resume template? We've been using our recruitment software since 2010 so by now everyone knows how great targeted advertising works in general but when dealing within niche industries like ours i'm always amazed by its power &amp capability.
